SALES POLICY
All sales on www.SmartyPants.store are final sale. The store does not accept any returns or exchanges.
All orders at smartypants.store are fulfilled as ordered. Customers must provide correct information at checkout, including but not limited to: correct items in cart, correct shipping information, and correct billing information. Orders cannot be adjusted, edited, or canceled after checkout. We kindly ask that customers take time to ensure that all information is correct to avoid any issues.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds may be provided for:
- Items that are defective upon arrival.
- Items missing from your order.
- Items that are out of stock at the time of fulfilling your order.
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Items that have been altered or broken or damaged while wearing or washing.
- Packages lost by the mail carrier. Please contact the mail carrier with your tracking information so they may further assist you with the tracking and delivery of your item(s).
- Consequences that arise from incorrect information given in the ordering process.
SHIPPING POLICY
Items typically ship 5-7 business days from the date of the order, typically through USPS. If we are experiencing a high order volume, your order may take longer to fulfill and ship.
If you ordered multiple items, there is a chance that your order will be split into multiple shipments. In this case, you will receive two separate tracking numbers, and your items may arrive separately.
